How To Register
Click on register now and add the payment to your cart. You will need to either pay your full tuition or join our payment plan. YOU ARE NOT OFFICIALLY REGISTERED FOR THE CLASS UNTIL YOUR PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION FORMS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. After your payment has been successfully made, you will receive an email with a link for you to click on and fill out the registration forms. Once you have successfully submitted your registration forms, you will then be officially registered in the class.
Registration Documents to Upload:
On the last page of your registration forms, you will be asked to upload the following documents:
- TB test results no older than 2 years
- most recent flu shot
- Covid-19 vaccination card.
- Official high school transcript or Official College Transcript (Only if you have graduated from college) The official transcript for either high school or college should have the principal or administrators signature on it.
- Copy of driver’s license and social security card.

NA1 Program Description
Wisdom Academy is designed to prepare entry-level nurse aide students with nurse aide skills essential for providing care to individuals in various settings under the direction and supervision of a registered Nurse. Wisdom Academy will prepare students to fulfill successfully 124 clock hour requirements for completion of the Nurse Aide 1 Program. There are 3 sessions in this NA1 program, the first session is the in-person lecture. You will come to the school and complete your classroom lecture. The second session is in person lab training. In person training will be held at the school on the class days and times stated above. After successfully completion of lab training, you will begin the final session which is clinical’s. The third session is clinical’s, clinical’s will also be held at the school on the class days and times.
CERTIFICATION
After successful completion of the Nurse Aide 1 Program a student will be eligible to sit for the state competency exam. Certified Nursing assistants enjoy solid job security and frequently work a flexible schedule. Work environments include Long term care facilities, Hospitals, Clinics and in the home.
The Nurse aide 1 program offers a great learning experience with the ability to get into the health care field in just a couple of months.
