Is Wisdom Health Academy a state-approved training program?
Yes. We are a state-approved nursing school in North Carolina. Our programs are designed to meet the training requirements necessary for Nurse Aide education while preparing students for real healthcare work environments.

2. Onsite classroom training – Students attend in-person classes to practice hands-on skills.
3. Clinical experience – Students participate in supervised clinical training to apply what they have learned in real healthcare environments.

What are the prerequisites for enrolling in the certified nurse assistant program?
The following will be required:
1. Valid government - issued ID
2. Social Security card
3. A official high school transcript showing confirmed graduation date or official college transcript showing degree awarded and conferral date.
4. Most recent T.B. test
5. Covid Vaccination Card
Please note:
We do not accept transcripts that only show a graduation year (e.g., 2026) without a confirmed graduation date
We do not accept unofficial, incomplete, or partial transcripts (screenshots, missing pages, etc.).

No High School Students:
Students must have already graduated from high school prior to enrollment.
Current high school students are not eligble to enroll.
Foreign / International Students
- Foreign transcripts must be official and translated into English.
- Transcripts must cleary show equivalency to U. S. high school graduation or higher education completion.
- Additonal documentation may be required for verification.
Enrollment process / Materials needed
Enrolling in the Nurse Aide 1 classes at Wisdom Health Academy is a simple process. Here is how the process works.
1. Students pay full tuition or join payment plan
2. Students are sent an email with registration forms to fill out and link to upload documents
3. Student sends back completed registration forms and all needed documents
4. Student registration is closed and the student is placed in their desired class date.
Wisdom Health Academy provides most of the educational materials needed for the Nurse Aide training program.
Students are only required to purchase a few basic items for their training:
- A stethoscope
- A blood pressure cuff
All other course materials and resources are provided by the academy to help simplify the learning process.

Refund Policy
All applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of $355, which secures a seat in the program.
- Students who pay tuition in full and withdraw before the first day of class may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable application fee.
- Students enrolled on a payment plan are not eligible for any refunds, including if they withdraw before the first day of class.
No refunds will be issued once the class has started.
