Our Nursing Aide classes provide a clear path for individuals who want to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or for students who need foundational healthcare training before pursuing advanced degrees in nursing or other medical programs. Many students begin their healthcare journey as Nurse Aides because it offers valuable hands-on experience and exposure to patient care settings.

Our goal is to improve the quality of training and preparation for individuals entering the healthcare field. We focus on building both technical skills and compassionate care practices so that graduates are prepared to work professionally and confidently in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and home care environments.

What to Expect:

Before registering, please make sure you have gathered ALL documents needed for registration before making your payment. Once you make a payment, please give us 24 hours and you will receive an application to fill out with your registration forms and upload your documents. Once that is done, you will get a confirmation email to let you know it has been approved. We will send out an email with the subject line: Nurse Aid 1 Class info with additional details before your class date.

What Students Will Learn

• Basic patient care and hygiene support

• Safe patient mobility and positioning

• Infection control and safety practices

• Monitoring and reporting patient conditions

• Communication with patients and healthcare teams

The following will be required:

1. Valid government - issued ID

2. Social Security card

3. Official High School Transcript showing graduation date or Official College Transcript showing degree awarded

4. Most recent T.B. test

What Students Need for the Program

Wisdom Health Academy is committed to making the training process as simple and supportive as possible for students. To help students focus on learning, the academy provides most of the materials needed for the program.

Students are only required to purchase a few essential items for their training experience, including:

• A stethoscope
• A blood pressure cuff

All other course materials and educational resources are provided by the academy, allowing students to focus on developing their skills and preparing for certification.
