Lab and Clinical Schedule
Lab Start Date: July 6, 2021 Clinical Start Date: July 14, 2021
Lab & Clinical Start Times: Monday – Friday from 9am to 3pm
In order to start in person lab and clinical’s the online portion will need to be completed before the start date of lab. Please see below what documents are needed for in person lab and clinical’s.
Documents for Registration:
Wisdom Health Academy needs the following documents for registration.
Once you have all of these documents, you can give us a call to set up your advising meeting (No Walk In’s)
- Copy of Driver’s License and SSC
- TB test
- Official High School transcript or Official College Transcript (Only if you have graduated from college).
If you make a payment before submitting these documents for registration, you are still not officially enrolled in this current class. All documents, forms, and payments must be submitted before officially becoming enrolled.
How to Register for a class:
- Each student will need to submit the documents for registration stated above to the email address email@example.com.
2. Once we receive your documents for registration, you will be sent an email with forms you will need to read and fill out.
3. You will submit the completed forms back to us, then we will send you a secure link to make your payment.
No student will be officially registered without completing the steps to register for a class. If a student is joining the payment plan No Refund will be given if the student decides to withdraw before or after the first day of class. If a student is paying the full tuition, the student will receive a portion of their payment back.
Wisdom Academy is designed to prepare entry-level nurse aide students with nurse aide skills essential for providing care to individuals in various settings under the direction and supervision of a registered Nurse.
Wisdom Academy will prepare students to fulfill successfully 124 clock hour requirements for completion of the Nurse Aide 1 Program.
After successful completion of the Nurse Aide 1 Program a student will be eligible to sit for the state competency exam. Certified Nursing assistants enjoy solid job security and frequently work a flexible schedule. Work environments include Long term care facilities, Hospitals, Clinics and in the home.
The Nurse aide 1 program offers a great learning experience with the ability to get into the health care field in just a couple of months.
